We require an appointment for all routine services. The online appointment system allows you to schedule your own appointment in a time slot that suits you. This process is fast and easy and improves the quality and efficiency of the service that we provide.
We recommend you make passport renewal appointments at least six months before your passport will expire.
If you show up without an appointment, or with the incorrect type of appointment for the service you require, we will not be able to assist you. Please be sure you are correctly scheduling your appointment for the type of service you need.
Appointments are not required for emergency services.
